The Arts Condominium
1324 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107

The Arts Condominium overlooks the luminous Avenue of the Arts. Marble floors span the units. Large windows welcome plenty of sunlight – which look resplendent off the marble. And of course, retiring vistas of Philadelphia’s skyline come with every unit.
Only four blocks away from City hall, the Arts Condominium is in the center of the Philadelphia universe. The Broad Street Subway line and the PATCO (transportation to New Jersey) is right out your front doorstep. Along Broad Street, you’ll find multiple venues for theater, dance, opera, musicals and symphony performances. There’s a great chocolatier just two blocks north, along with fun gastropubs, happening clubs and a late night diner. Lastly, Rittenhouse square is only four blocks to the west, where you can walk the pooch, have picnics and enjoy numerous festivals throughout the year. To name a few of our favorite places near the Arts Condominium:
- Woody’s: High Mirth and tall drinks. One of the best clubs in the city!
- Tria: Page long menus for wine, cheese and beer. Excellent food, excellent service!
- Maoz: Quaint do-it-yourself falafel haven. Oh Yeah! Falafel!
- 13th Street Pizza: Some of the best pizza in the city!
